การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 จําแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 306 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อย ละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการนิเทศและการ ประเมินผลการสอนของครู รองลงมาคือ ด้านการประสานงานการใช้หลักสูตร ด้านการจัดให้มีสิ่ง ส่งเสริมสภาพการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดให้มีสิ่งจูงใจให้กับครู ด้านการดูแลเอาใจใส่ครูและนักเรียน ด้าน การส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ ด้านการกําหนดเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาและสร้าง มาตรฐานด้านวิชาการ ด้านการตรวจสอบความก้าวหน้าของนักเรียน ด้านการสื่อสารเป้าหมายของ โรงเรียน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ําสุด คือ ด้านการควบคุมการใช้เวลาในการสอน 2. ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 จําแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน และขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to 1) study the academic leadership of the school administrators under the Nonthaburi Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) compare their academic leadership, classified by gender, work experience and school size. The samples in this research were 306 teachers. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, and F test. The research results showed that: 1. The academic leadership of the school administrators under the Nonthaburi Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: the supervision and the evaluation the teachers' teaching, the coordination in using school curriculum, the arrangement in promoting learning activities, searching for the incentive for the teachers, taking care the teachers and the students, promoting to develop the career, defining school goals, creating academic standardization, inspecting the students' progress, the communication towards the school goals and the time limitation in teaching, respectively. 2. The academic leadership of the school administrators under the Nonthaburi Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by gender, work experience, and school size had significantly difference at .05 level.
