การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือ นักเรียนตามความเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครนายก สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปราจีนบุรี นครนายก จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทํางานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครนายก สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปราจีนบุรี นครนายก ปีการศึกษา 2565 จํานวน 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบเอฟ (F test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดําเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครนายก สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี นครนายก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนานักเรียน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน และต่ําสุดคือ ด้านการรู้จัก นักเรียนรายบุคคล 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดําเนินงานระบบดูช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูโรงเรียนในจังหวัด นครนายก สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี นครนายก จําแนกตามระดับ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทํางาน ขนาดสถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดําเนินงานระบบดู ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครนายก สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปราจีนบุรี นครนายก ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and to compare the operation in the student care and support system of the schools in Nakhonnayok Province under the Prachinburi, Nakhonnayok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified according to educational level, work experience and school size. The samples were 226 teachers in the schools in Nakhonnayok Province under the Prachinburi, Nakhonnayok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2022. The tool used to collect the data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics were Percentage, mean, standard deviation, F test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe method were statistic instruments used to analyze the data. The results of this research revealed that: 1. The implementation of student care and support system of school teachers in Nakhonnayok under the Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok of Secondary Educational Service Area Office as a whole and as an individual, were at the high level, and to consider individually, it was that the implementation of the student support system, The highest average was encourage and developed of students, Following was referring Students and the lowest was consisted of knowing students individually 2. The result of the comparison in the operation in the student care and support system of the schools in Nakhonnayok Province under the Prachinburi Nakhonnayok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, showed that there was no difference in opinions when classified by educational level, work experience and school size.
